Evidence Based Clinical Question: Search Assignment Introduction I have previously studied the health outcomes related to the application of modern telehealth technologies in wound care management. As a result of the conducted research, I arrived at the conclusion that the development of information and telecommunication technologies was associated with significant changes in health care practice. After doing a quick research, I found that the application of telehealth care is still largely understudied in regard to the treatment of chronic illnesses, in particular chronic heart failure (CHF). Studying the patients with CHF is also linked to my interests related to the nursing practice.
